Chapter IChoose your plan

Four ways in. One set of standards.

Meet the body that showed up. Your goals, your timeline. Real prices come in the reply — I quote the plan to the person, not the person to the plan.

Rehab & Sport

A specialty that layers into any plan — not a separate SKU.

This is the lane I built my career in. Kinesiology degree, three years as a physical therapy tech, ISSA-certified in 2025. I know what surgeries do to muscles, how rehab milestones actually translate to real-world movement, and what the body needs to feel safe trusting a joint again.

Pre-surgical: the weeks before your operation are the highest-leverage weeks in your recovery. Bodies that go into surgery strong come out of it dramatically faster.

Post-rehab: the bridge between "cleared by your PT" and "back to your real life." Most people get released from formal PT long before they actually feel capable. We pick up where the clinic ended.

Sport-specific: soccer players need different things than recreational runners, who need different things than recovering tennis players. The plan respects that.

Chapter IIIn more detail

The Drop-In

Best for trying it on

The way in for the still-deciding, the visiting friend, the in-town parent, the recovering athlete passing through. You leave with a plan for the rest of the week and a clearer sense of what your body wants more of. Most people come back — but the Drop-In doesn't assume it.

The Standing Appointment

Most-loved · Best value

The one that does the work. We pick a day, we pick a time, and that hour belongs to you every week until you decide otherwise. Your program grows with you — your knee on week 3 is not your knee on week 11. This is where lasting change actually lives.

The Family Plan

For lives that travel

For traveling parents, shift workers, folks who moved away and still want me writing their program. You're never doing this alone — you just don't have to sit in traffic to get it.

Not sure which fits?

Send the intake. I'll read it, ask a couple of questions, and tell you honestly which one is the right start.
