This is the lane I built my career in. Kinesiology degree, three years as a physical therapy tech, ISSA-certified in 2025. I know what surgeries do to muscles, how rehab milestones actually translate to real-world movement, and what the body needs to feel safe trusting a joint again.
Pre-surgical: the weeks before your operation are the highest-leverage weeks in your recovery. Bodies that go into surgery strong come out of it dramatically faster.
Post-rehab: the bridge between "cleared by your PT" and "back to your real life." Most people get released from formal PT long before they actually feel capable. We pick up where the clinic ended.
Sport-specific: soccer players need different things than recreational runners, who need different things than recovering tennis players. The plan respects that.
